-To manage payments and invoices. Please note that card/bank details are not held by us and payments are managed by external services eg Stripe, Xero and GoCardless.

The basis for collecting and processing this information is:

- Contractual: providing requested services, customer support and information to you. This includes maintaining our records and processing your personal date to ensure that we keep any information we hold about you up to date.
- To fulfill our legal and professional obligations: eg accounting, tax, insurance compliance.

These include: Google workspace; Xero; Zoom; Wix; Adobe Sign.

- Coaching notes: retained securely if necessary, then securely deleted.
- Financial records: retained 7 years per legal requirements.
- Marketing data: until consent withdrawn.
