Coaching Test-Drive
Terms and Conditions
Booking your 60-Minute Coaching Test-Drive with Sally Cobbald indicates your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions:

1. The nature of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential. Sally Cobbald maintains the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the International Coach Federation “(ICF)” (https://coachingfederation.org/credentialing/coaching-ethics/icf-code-of-ethics/).

Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions and is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, mental health care, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges or are under the care of a mental health professional, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate support and inform relevant professionals of your decision to engage in coaching.

2. Confidentiality
Everything you share during our meeting will be treated as confidential, in line with the professional standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF), except where disclosure is required by law or where there is an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to you or others.

The ICF (International Coach Federation) credentialling process requires the names and contact information of clients to be submitted for possible verification by ICF. You agree to have your name, email address and the date of coaching, shared with ICF staff members for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching relationship, no personal notes will be shared.

No Guarantee of Ongoing Engagement
Booking a Discovery Session does not guarantee an offer of ongoing coaching. Sally Cobbald reserves the right to decline further work together if she believes coaching is not the appropriate support for you currently. Likewise, you are under no obligation to continue into a coaching programme following the session.

Data & Record Keeping
Basic contact information is collected and stored securely for professional and administrative purposes in accordance with UK data protection requirements as set out in the Privacy Policy (https://www.sallycobbaldcoaching.com/privacy-policy). Brief session notes may be retained are stored securely by Sally Cobbald in digital/electronic format for a period of up to 2 years after the session. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and for additional security, the device used for coaching sessions and digital file storage includes biometric security and remote lock and wipe.

Limitation of Liability
Sally Cobbald makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching session. In no event shall Sally Cobbald be liable to you, the client, for any indirect, consequential or special damages. You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes following the session.
